EEX welcomes SWB as a new generation data provider: Today, swb Erzeugung GmbH & Co. KG, started to provide generation data to the platform “Transparency in Energy Markets“. EEX welcomes SWB as 44th data provider in the joint market area of Germany and Austria. SWB operates conventional power plant with a total installed capacity of 932 MW.

Due to this contribution, the degree of data coverage in the Statutory Publication Requirements section for Germany increases from 95.68 to 96.18 per cent and in the Voluntary Commitment section from 40.64 to 41.15 per cent.
