Installed generation capacity < 100 MW
Ex-ante information on the total installed generating capacity of generating units with a net nominal output of < 100 MW.
This data is updated by the Transmission System Operators once they have the changed information – usually in the course of the year. An update is made for all energy sources at least on 15 November every year and for wind and solar energy additionally on 15 May. For Germany and Austria, this data also comprises generating facilities with < 1MW in addition to the information required by law.
Due to the consolidation of Austrian control areas, the installed capacities < 100 MW of the previous VKW-Netz control area are considered in the APG control area from 2012 onwards.
