Unscheduled non-usabilities of generating units of ≥ 1 MW
Ex-post information regarding unscheduled non-usabilities of generating units with a net nominal output of ≥ 1 MW
In as far as the non-usable output is not reported by the power plant operator in the framework of the reported non-usabilities, it has to be classified as unscheduled. The unscheduled non-usabilities messages are reported with a maximum delay of one hour. The reporting companies are in charge of timely reporting.
The minimum requirements for non-usabilities are at least an amount of 1 MW and a duration of at least 15 minutes.
